Enjoying things thus far. I loved the Harry/Ginny interaction...I agree that she 'gets' him in a way that no one else can.
Interesting the plot thickens with the Malfoys they are among the best of the HP villians.

I love the slow thaw that Harry goes through during the holiday with Ginny and the Weasleys. It seems Harry progressed more by spending a few days in Ginny's company than months with Ron and Hermione.
For all the Malfoy blustering about their "standing" in the wizarding world, I find it very funny that he is little better than a common thief. How the mighty are fallen. Sorry, that just really struck me as funny.

Author's Response: Thank you! I know, the Malfoys have always struck me as slimey and not above doing whatever it takes as long as it benefits themselves. And yes, Ginny has a great impact on Harry. Ron and Hermione are fast friends and will stick by Harry no matter what. But sometimes badgering isn't the way to break through. That and maybe after six months Harry was just ready to move on.
I appreciate the feedback!
