Ah, very nice! The part with the Dursleys is reminiscent of CreativeQuill's "Evanescence" on ff.net. (This should be considered praise: CreativeQuill writes very well!)
And if Harry's to be hit in the chest by flames, that's got to be one of the best possible ways....! :-)
Yes, the thought that Snape is "corporeal tension" is rather amusing. :-}
Author's Response: I haven't read CreativeQuill's story but when I've finished mine, I will have to go check it out. I haven't read any other fan fiction since I started my story. I was afraid that it could influence my own story. My story is slow in coming. I'm trying to cut it short since I am combinding two books into one. =O
