There is a brand new website for Harry Potter fanfiction that myself and a few friends of mine have developed. Its focus is primarily on writing, but there's plenty of fun for readers, too, including story recommendations, interviews with fanfic authors, articles on magical theory and articles on the various aspects of writing.
